Ed Grant is president and owner of TAB Nashoba Valley. TAB Nashoba Valley focuses on improving diverse businesses and their owners’ lives by creating peer advisory boards of non-competing independent business owners and guiding them toward reaching their personal and business visions. Ed acts as facilitator and coach for these peer boards and members. His primary focus is working with business owners helping them to properly identify and achieve these personal and business visions.
Ed has over 35 years of successful, progressive leadership experience in general management, operations, product development and strategic project leadership. He has extensive experience in building, coaching, and developing very successful, motivated teams across all aspects of the business landscape.
The highly effective TAB approach of peer advisory boards, coaching techniques, and analytical tools provide the perfect vehicle to bring his experience in business and leadership together to help business owners connect their personal vision with their business vision, and keep them aligned to maximize both satisfaction and success.
